Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on our website, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial.

Interactions with Rentex: We may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email correspondence, telephone conversations and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals to improve our interactions with you and other customers .

When you encounter difficulties using the Rentex Services and request our support/assistance team by email or telephone, Rentex personnel authorized for this purpose may be required to access your Rentex account data and data contained in your Rentex reports, in order to provide you with any appropriate information/solution.

 

Improving our Services

 

We collect data from interactions with our solutions to (i) understand how users use our Services in order to better support them; (ii) monitor and prevent problems and (iii) improve our Services.

 

III.3. Retention periods for your data

 

The processing of your data will end:

 

at the end of the contractual term and after a short retention period determined in the contract in order to allow the restoration of the data at the Customer’s request; • when we no longer have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data;
