Limitation of retention periods: Rentex applies retention periods necessary to achieve the intended purposes, in compliance with legislation and regulations. Data you provide to us
Creation of accounts: When you register to create an account to access our services, we ask you for information such as your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, company name in order to to complete the account creation process. You will also need to choose a unique username and password (encrypted) to access the created account. Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on our website, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial.

When you encounter difficulties using the Rentex Services and request our support/assistance team by email or telephone, Rentex personnel authorized for this purpose may be required to access your Rentex account data and data contained in your Rentex reports, in order to provide you with any appropriate information/solution.
Improving our Services
We collect data from interactions with our solutions to (i) understand how users use our Services in order to better support them; (ii) monitor and prevent problems and (iii) improve our Services.
III.3. Retention periods for your data
The processing of your data will end:
at the end of the contractual term and after a short retention period determined in the contract in order to allow the restoration of the data at the Customer’s request; • when we no longer have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data;
when you withdraw your consent.
We will then proceed to destroy your personal data from our active databases or anonymize them once the purposes described in this confidentiality policy have been achieved.
